Hellenic Theatre, established in 1949, is the oldest Greek/Australian theatre group and consists of dedicated local artists whose passion is to stage original productions that will engage and enrich our community.

Hellenic Theatre’s upcoming production Y.I.R.O.S (Your Information Ready On Satellite) LIVE, an outrageously funny comedy, will premiere in April/May 2007 as part of the 25 th Greek Festival Of Sydney.

A witty bi-lingual satire of a-day-in-the-life-of a Greek/Australian TV channel, consisting of various shows from News and Current Affairs to Lifestyle programmes.

This group-devised, skit-based production will incorporate both live performances and music, as well as, multi-media segments.
